The fee for the change of a registered agent in Utah is $15. However, you may accelerate the processing of your documents by paying an extra $75. On the other hand, in case of filing a change form online, there is no need for an extra payment, as your case will be processed the next business day. 

Note: if you file the change form with the annual renewal report, there is no fee required for the change. You will just pay $20 for the renewal report.
